Tour Hudson Boulevard and Park, the City's Next Park Avenue

The west side is abuzz with the development of the Hudson Yards District, the new neighborhood that will rise over land between West 30th and West 39th streets that the city accumulated through a process of eminent domain. A few weeks ago, we toured Related's Hudson Yards development site which will bring 14 million square feet of building above a platform eclipsing the west side's rail yard. Now, we tour the district's northern component which includes Hudson Park and Boulevard. Development north of 34th Street will also bring some 14 million-square-feet of building to the district. The Moinian Group, who is responsible for the mixed-use 3 Hudson Boulevard which will soon stand 66 stories at 1.8 million square feet, showed us around the in-the-works development rising on land north of West 33rd Street.
