Fond Farewells

After 21 years, trader-turned-photographer Chris Arnade is leaving behind Brooklyn, the borough he's so relentlessly photographed, to move to the Bronx, the subject of his latest project. He penned a long piece about what he'll miss: pigeon handlers in Bushwick; ethnic diversity at a Sunset Park bar; the model airplane flyers at Floyd Bennett Field; and Hasidic-made chocolate bread in Williamsburg. A nice read. [The Awl via Brownstoner]
