A new residential building is coming to 221 West 29th Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues. YIMBY spotted renderings for the Goldstein, Hill & West-designed structure which, if approved by the HBD for the inclusionary housing bonus, will stand 21 stories tall and have 95 apartments, 19 of which will be affordable, over 102,086 square feet. The building that appears to be overtaking the site of a parking lot will have 24-hour attended parking, bicycle parking, and ground-floor retail. CBSK Ironstate is the developer.
