Even more residential development could be coming to Astoria's East River waterfront. The site of a current factory on 30th Drive, which stretches from Vernon Boulevard to 12th Street, just hit the market asking $60 million. That sounds like a lot, but the parcel can accommodate a building up to 10 stories high, with 460,000 square feet of residential space. Could this mean an eventual neighbor for nearby megaprojects Astoria Cove and Hallets Point? [Crain's]
