Private Pool-Equipped Soori High Line Condos Hit the Market

New, 33 comments

After more than a year of hype and sneak peeks at their luxe private pools, the first Soori High Line condos are officially on the market. Three of the building's 27 units are currently listed, and two of them have heated pools—an Asian-inspired feature created by architect Soo Chan of SCDA Architects. The least expensive is a pool-less, 1,308-square-foot 2BR/2BA with a private terrace asking $3.7 million, while the current priciest home is a 3,572-square-foot duplex with a 24-foot-long pool and two terraces that's listed for $10.995 million. The listings also provide the first floorplans for the building, showing exactly how those private pools work with the rest of the space.
