East New York: it's been declared "the next Harlem" and "the next Bushwick," and is also the chosen site of a big affordable housing development. The WSJ's Anne Kadet canvassed residents to find out what they think, finding them mostly amendable. Well, after she explained the situation, because many had never heard of the impending development. One reaction: "It'd be great for business ... But for the locals?
