Located just north of the George Washington Bridge, this two-bedroom co-op comes with a host of quaint prewar details, from exposed brick and and French doors to that amazing tub with silver clawfoot legs. The kitchen is relatively up-to-date, with good-looking appliances, and the building has storage lockers, bike storage, a laundry room and a live-in super. The maintenance is very low, but then again, you'd be living in Washington Heights, or, more accurately, Hudson Heights, so there's the commute to consider. Plus the shared bathroom thing.
