How Much for a Two-Bed With Clawfoot Tub in the Heights?

New, 33 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

Located just north of the George Washington Bridge, this two-bedroom co-op comes with a host of quaint prewar details, from exposed brick and and French doors to that amazing tub with silver clawfoot legs. The kitchen is relatively up-to-date, with good-looking appliances, and the building has storage lockers, bike storage, a laundry room and a live-in super. The maintenance is very low, but then again, you'd be living in Washington Heights, or, more accurately, Hudson Heights, so there's the commute to consider. Plus the shared bathroom thing. Plus the co-op thing. How much is the seller asking?
