ODA's 20-story stacked-box development at 5 Franklin Place has finally topped out, after years of stalled construction and general confusion, YIMBY reports. Despite its untimely setbacks, the project has done well on the market; just one 4BR, 4.5BA apartment asking $7.5 million remains on the market in the 53-condo building. The structure that's wedged between the block-long throughway from which it takes its name and Broadway joins the likes of Shigeru Ban's Cast Iron House and Annabelle Selldorf's Reade Chambers in East Tribeca's high-end residential boom.
