After a few years of trouble and delays, Flushing's Skyview Parc wound up being very successful, but now the developers want to bail on Phase 2. Muss Development, which built Phase 1 with Onex Real Estate Partners, is putting the development rights for three towers, totaling 650,000 square feet, up for sale. The towers would rise atop the retail complex. Onex, however, says they are "committed to proceeding to build phase 2," so maybe this is just a break-up? [NYP; previously]
