The market rate rentals at 22 River Terrace are currently being converted into condos, which led to the hilarious sight of 50 toilets and sinks being lined up in perfect rows outside the building's front door, making for a Bathroom Fixture Army on the sidewalk. Twenty percent of the building's units will remain rentals, as they are affordable Tenants who signed two-year leases before the building was purchased are still living in the building, they are currently enduring a full-on interior demolition as the conversion takes place.
