A Dumbo warehouse that has been home to a group of artists for decades was purchased five days ago by GRJ, operated by brothers Graham and Gregory Jones. Already, the the brothers have subjected the existing tenants to "borderline harassment" in the form of repeated phone calls, buyout offers, and threats of eviction. The tenants, however, plan to fight back, with over half of them having already hired lawyers, so this one could get interesting. Or they could all get a bunch of money. Either way.
