Karl Fischer's not-that-great-looking residential creation at the former site of Williamsburg's Meeker Flea Market is nearing completion. The seven-story, 188-apartment building at 88 Richardson Street appears to have all of its windows and most of its siding, but lacks a certain je ne sais quoi, no?
