Park-Facing Plaza Pad Gets Duplex Treatment, Wants $26.9M

New, 9 comments

Try as it might, this three-bedroom park-facing Plaza pad has yet to sell after four years. Despite, that hasn't stopped the 17th-floor apartment's ask from going, for the most part, up and up from March 2010's $12.995 million to the current $17.95 million. But as of yesterday, the home's newest listing entertains the most imaginative marketing option to date. The pad is now also being entertained as the lower floor of a duplex combo apartment for the combined ask of $26.9 million. It appears that both apartments share the same layout, but the option may woo buyers who are dissuaded by the merely 3,000-square-foot accommodation.
