Somewhat-classy exhibitionist and crooner Rihanna has been spotted checking out the $18 million three-condo combo offering at One York in Tribeca, says the Post. The tenth-floor spread has been on the market since April 2013 and got a visit from the PriceChopper that May, who shaved a mere $4 million off of the glassy pad. The floor is currently configured as three separate apartments, but is being marketed as a combo-unit that would be 5,350-square-feet with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms after a buyer-led renovation. The building that sits above a Maserati dealership was designed by Enrique Norten.
Note, the pictured floorplans are for apartments 10A and 10C. The haul would also include 10B.
