This time, it's happening on Union Avenue between South 3rd and South 4th streets, where the enigmatically named 263 Realty Group LLC is erecting six condos. Via Demsker Realty's Facebook page, BuzzBuzzHome has the first look at the skinny development, which will contains six units, which includes four full-floor units, a garden-level duplex, and a penthouse duplex.
