DDG recently filed permits for a new development on the Upper East Side at 1558 Third Avenue. The 469-foot, 31-story tower will have 182,995 square feet of residential space, crazily spread across just 44 units, which New York YIMBY helpfully points out is an average of 3,500 square feet per unit. Each floor will also have 15 foot ceilings.
The site, which DDG bought last year for $70 million, sits on the corner of East 88th Street. HTO Architect is listed as the architect of record.
