Settle down, children, for the story of retired physician Michael Fedak and his wife, retired chief investment officer Marilyn G. Fedak. Because they spend more time at homes in Boca and Greenwich, they just listed their glamorously Old-World triplex penthouse on Park Avenue for $11.5 million.
