A tipster sent along this photo of an on-site rendering at 1320-1328 Fulton Street in Bed-Stuy depicting a new 10-story, 57-unit apartment building designed by Curtis + Ginsberg Architects. According to DOB permits, the multi-hued building, which will dwarf most everything in its immediate vicinity, will include commercial space in the cellar and on the first two floors, and apartments on the upper eight. There will also be a few terraces, a recreation room, 17 below-ground parking spaces, and 29 bike spaces.
The project is being developed by the Fulton Street South Redevelopment Company, who also own the Section 8 Housing building next door at 1330 Fulton Street. According to public records, they have owned both sites since 1984, but, for whatever reason, are only just getting around to developing to second one.
