Keyah wins points here by including about twice as many photos with their listing but still leaving out the unattractive cellar, which David Calderazzo includes. But Calderazzo gets some points back for going into more detail about the renovation, and for listing all the amenities. We're not sure if he wins or loses points by failing to mention that two of the apartments are rent-stabilized.
