Take a Look Inside Brooklyn Bridge Park's John Street Condos

New, 5 comments

Alloy Development is one of 14 groups vying for the development rights for the incredibly controversial towers planned for Pier 6 in Brooklyn Bridge Park, which will probably end up being a major headache for whoever ends up getting to build them. But elsewhere in Brooklyn Bridge Park, Alloy has launched sales for a much less divisive condo project, One John Street, which they won the bid for, along with Monadnock Development, last July. That project just got its offering plan approved by the Attorney General and updated its official website with interior renderings and a questionnaire for prospective buyers about what type of apartment they're looking for.

One John Street will contain 42 units, all with river views — nine two-bedrooms, starting at $2 million, and the rest three-bedrooms starting at $3 million and four-bedrooms starting at $3.5 million. Construction started last week.
