A new four-story, eight-apartment building will rise on the corner of Henry Street and Atlantic Avenue in Cobble Hill, displacing one of the city's last dwindling gas stations. YIMBY discovered building permits for the site at 112 Atlantic Avenue, which is being developed by On The Level's Angelo Cosentini. BKSK Architects filed for the 25,000-square-foot building, where apartments will average 2,200 square feet. The building will also have 6,000-square-feet of ground floor retail space. Although there's been no word yet as to whether the apartments will be rentals or condos, YIMBY speculates that the relatively large square-footage lends itself to the latter.
