A rare one-bed, two-bath, this apartment consists of a below-ground level, for miscellaneous purposes, and a regular ground-level with a small living room, non-separate kitchen, even smaller bedroom, and private backyard (surely the highlight). The lower level also boasts a "sauna," although it is not pictured and brokerbabble goes on to mention that it "can also be used a storage space," thereby not inspiring very much confidence. There's also an in-unit washer/dryer. What do you think it's asking?
