Silvertsein Properties has set up the 30 Park Place sales shop in Silverstein's 7 World Trade Center. The 33rd floor showroom looks out over the rising tower, which will eventually reach 926 feet and hold 189 hotel rooms and 157 ultra fancy condos. Larry Silverstein called the project "a very significant high-rise residential tower" with "a superb design," noting that "there are few architects who understand luxury like Bob Stern."
