Brownstoner first spotted the initial Halstead listings, which range from a studio for $1,662/month to a 2BR/2BA for $3,600/month. The eight-story building, developed by Sam Boymelgreen and built by Luca Andrisani Architects (design architect) and DJ Associates (project architect), is chock-full of amenities, including a rooftop deck with grilling areas and cabanas, courtyard, pet spa, yoga room, gym, lounge and media room community bike share, bike storage, a "work-from-home office center," and more.
