New, 1 comment

NOMAD—Huys (the Dutch word for "house," pronounced the same) is getting a few final touches ahead of its October opening. The lobby of the 58-apartment building at 404 Park Avenue South will be home to a cast-iron chandelier, above, designed by Frederik Molenschot. The Dutch artist also designed the building's door numbers. Most of Huys's 58-apartments are in contract. Remaining homes include the $9.85 million PH 17A and the $6.75 million PH 15B.
