The Lo-Down has a long interview with the developers of Essex Crossing and got some juicy updates. The large Lower East Side swath known as SPURA will be home to apartments, offices, shops, a museum, and more. In the next few months, we can expect to see updated designs for the first four sites as well as work from a community outreach director. Builders also support the Lowline and are working on subway access from the new Essex Street Market building. [Lo-Down; previously]
