Developer Sam Boymelgreen is setting his bird of prey free. After finally completing and launching the 125-unit rental building at 33 Caton Place, Boymelgreen has put the whole development, named the Kestrel, on the market for $90 million. Boymelgreen says he needs the cash for "a special deal," but it's an emotional moment for the guy. "It was a tough decision to make. I was very passionate about this project.
