LaGuardia Airport's much-needed $3.6 billion makeover is facing yet another delay. Port Authority was originally slated to select which of three finalist teams would redevelop the airport's Central Terminal by September, but that won't happen. The winning bidder will probably be announced at the October 22 board meeting. And because it's the biggest public-works project in the tri-state area, you can bet we'll be watching.
