A new, five-story residential (and, weirdly enough, manufacturing) building may soon rise at 40-05 Crescent Street in Long Island City. The owners of the currently standing warehouse filed plans with the Department of Building, which says that the development will have 32 units spread across five stories and 25,018 square feet, plus 11,415 square feet of manufacturing space. The architects are listed as T.F. Cusanelli and Filletti Architects. [Queens Courier via Queens 'Stoner]
