Sales quietly launched for the 104-unit portion of condo-rental tower 388 Bridge Street almost three months ago, and have been doing so well that developer the Stahl Organization along with Halstead have started to release the building's coveted Penthouse Collection. The 40-apartment assemblage is spread over floors 45 through 53 of Brooklyn's tallest tower, and range in size from 1,444 square feet to 2,371 square feet. Pricing for the Penthouse Collection ranges from the $1.742 million 1,144-square-foot 2BR/2BA PH45C to a yet-to-be-released $5.999 million apartment. Of the collection's 40 apartments, six are now on the market.
Penthouse and condo owners alone will have access to the rental-condo building's Sky Lounge, pictured above.
