BROOKLYN HEIGHTS—After only a few months of leasing, former Brooklyn Law School student housing building is roughly 75 percent leased, a very quick turnaround for the property considering that Kushner Companies acquired it only about six months ago. The renovation is still expected to be complete by the end of September. The remaining inventory includes studios, some junior one-bedrooms, and one true one-bedroom, with the studios starting at $2,338, net. The other two former Brooklyn Law School dorms that Kushner converted, 144 Willow Street and 18 Sidney Place, are fully leased. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]
