BuzzBuzz Home noticed today that the teaser website for 1110 Park Avenue has stopped teasing and come out with a full set of renderings and floorplans. The impressive residences that will be blocking views and angering neighbors for years to come feature lots of square footage — the smallest of the building's nine units are the full-floor apartments — oak flooring, mahogany paneled libraries, private keyed elevator access, and very fancy Christopher Peacock-designed kitchens. Also notable is the communal wine cellar/Rich Guy Lounge, complete with fireplace and leather couch.
