Sales have launched at 290 West Street, the Adjmi & Andreoli-designed building at the corner of West Houston, just days after the most complete set of building renderings made their way to the public. Although just two of the ten-story building's 13 apartments are now on the market, their listings are accompanied by the first glimpses at the building's floorplans. A 2,241-square-foot three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom apartment on the fifth floor is asking $6.5 million, while a fourth-floor four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is asking $6.6 million. Buyers in the building will have a chance to rub shoulders with broker Fredrik Eklund, who enthusiastically announced on his Instagram account that he would be snagging one of 290 West Street's three-bedroom apartments for himself.
