It's asking $779,000, though many readers took issue with the low railing on the outdoor space, the soulessness of post-war high-rises, and the frat-tastic location of Murray Hill. On the other hand, other Curbed devotees liked the multiple exposures, low maintenance, and windowed bathroom. Can't win 'em all.
