Following the sale of the notoriously graffiti-covered and beloved megamansion on the Bowery near Spring Street to Aby Rosen's RFR Realty, who will probably convert it to condos, nostalgia blogger Alex in NYC posted some photos of the building that he shot in the 1990s and 2000s. "The building itself is a haunting, street-art-slathered wonder to behold," he writes, dramatically. "Now that it's sold, everything that's intriguing and endearing about it is doubtlessly about to vanish." [Flaming Pablum; previously]
