A fully affordable East Harlem building has started accepting applications for its insanely well-priced apartments, DNAinfo reports. The 88 apartments at the new development range from $494 to $785 for a studio, $533 to $844 for a one-bedroom, $648 to $1,022 for a two bedroom, and to $743 to $1,175 for a three-bedroom apartment. Of course, income and household size restrictions apply. The Yomo Toro Apartments at 222 East 104th Street between Second and Third avenues are a part of the same mixed-use development that will be home to Harlem's RBI charter school. All applications must be postmarked by November 17.
