The long, slow slog that has been 4 World Trade Center's building and leasing process has skipped ahead a few beats. Morningstar, a financial research firm, has signed on for 30,000 feet on the 48th floor of the incredibly glassy, geometrically precise tower. The first complete World Trade Center building, construction finished last year. Developer Larry Silverstein has got it 55 percent leased, so there are miles to go, plus the rest of ginormous One World Trade to fill. [WSJ; previously]
