Yet another one of the dozens of developments to launch sales this fall has dropped units onto the market (h/t BuzzBuzzHome). After a somewhat epic wait, please welcome 325 Lex to the dance floor, a long-stalled glassy tower at the corner of 39th Street that now houses 123 units made up of studios, one-, and two-bedrooms, plus two full-floor penthouses. The first listings are live, complete with photos and floorplans. A studio on the 6th floor is asking $755,000, and the prices get higher from there, topping out (for the moment) with a 25th-floor 2BR/2BA that wants $2.42M. The developers are Carmel Partners and Times Square Construction & Development; the slightly cantilevered, 31-story building was the work of H. Thomas O'Hara's HTO Architect (the architect of record) and Povero & Company (interiors).
Amenities include a gym, shared roof deck, and a doorman. Closings are anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2015.
