New 60 Water Street Rendering; Signage at The Chatsworth

New, 3 comments

DUMBO—Two Trees' rental project at 60 Water Street is nearing completion, but just to make sure we're all still paying attention, the marketing team has taken to releasing new renderings (and a teaser site). Still no interior visuals, but today we got a look at the entrance to building and the angled pattern of the windows. Not the most thrilling stuff, but leasing will launch "in the coming weeks," so the real thrills are just around the corner. Still no word on pricing. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]

UPPER WEST SIDE—HFZ Capital is adding a li'l rooftop addition to 1904-built beauty The Chatsworth and relaunching it as co-ops. Signage just went up, so progress has been made. The number of units in the building will be chopped from 159 down to 50, and they will be one- to five-bedrooms. Two fun facts: the building was named after a snooty British estate, and it has counted among its residents Irving Berlin, Charles Baskerville, Susan Sarandon, and Conan O'Brien.
