'Eat, Pray, Love' Carriage House Now $1 Million Cheaper

New, 1 comment

The ridiculously charming carriage house at 172 Pacific Street in Cobble Hill is back, with a new $6.995 million price tag. Previously, it was listed for $7.995 million in April and eventually taken off the market in July. In addition to the "massive exposed wood beams, arched windows, a charming greenhouse, a perennial garden, an oversized reclaimed-brick wood-burning fireplace, 12 wide wood-plank floors" and more, it's also the house where Julia Roberts filmed the movie Eat, Pray, Love, uttering such famous lines as, "We have eaten and we have prayed — now it is time for us to love!" and "Look at this cool staircase!"
