It was pretty much the biggest deal ever for Brooklyn when actors Michelle Williams and Heath Ledger bought a Boerum Hill townhouse in 2005, and now, nine years later, Williams has put the gorgeous house back on the market for $7.5 million (h/t 6sqft). Located at the corner of Hoyt and Dean Streets, the 22-foot-wide house occupies a huge lot that allows for a three-car garage, atop which there is seriously idyllic rooftop garden/backyard. Inside, it has six bedrooms, a library, a 1,000-square-foot parlor, a wine cellar, and a wood-burning fireplace.
Williams purchased the house in 2005 with then-boyfriend Heath Ledger for $3.6 million. After the couple's split and Ledger's death, Williams stayed put. In 2012, it was rumored that she moved to a Red Hook loft with Jason Segel, which may be why she's now selling the house.
