The house is very old, which is apparent because a) it's just obviously very old, and b) someone decided to filter all the listing photos so that they're sepia toned. A legal two-family (though probably not for long) with a garden one-bedroom and an owner's triplex above, it also features a bevy of original details including "Plaster mouldings, woodwork pocket doors, some etched glass, original mantles ...
