Yesterday we asked how much a two-bedroom Greenpoint condo with a rooftop hot tub was asking, and boy, were the guesses all over the place. From a lowly $599,000 all the way to $1.425 million, only two guesses really hit the nail on the head: $899,000. The two-bedroom apartment at 214 Calyer Street between McGuinness Boulevard and Eckford Street is just a seven minute walk from the G train at Greenpoint Avenue, which, okay, is not ideal. But again, three words: rooftop hot tub.
