An Upper East Side real estate agent who had sued her condo board for $15 million has settled the case for an undisclosed sum. Elizabeth Hazan wasn't suing just any old condo board, thoughJoan Rivers, who is currently hospitalized and on life support, sits sat on the board of 1 East 62nd Street. The legal beef was that Hazan claimed the board was trying to kick her out of her pad, while the board claimed she owed $200,000 in back fees and that her candles were a fire hazard. The case, sadly, was sorted without the help of Rivers's voodoo priestess. UPDATE, 3 p.m. EST: There are now reports that Rivers has just passed away. [NYDN; previously]
