Jimmy Fallon Now Owns Five Units in His Gramercy Building

New, 5 comments

Funny man Jimmy Fallon and his wife Nancy really love their co-op building at 34 Gramercy Park. The Journal reports that the couple has picked up their fifth unit in the building, a studio on the top floor that cost $725,000. The purchase means that the Fallons now own 1/7th of the whole building. Their other units include a four-bedroom (next door to the new studio) that they purchased earlier this year for $1.35 million; two units on the seventh floor that have been combined, and a unit on the eighth floor. So, technically, the Fallons could create one big triplex, but the broker told the Journal that they plan to use this new unit as an office. Bor-ing (kind of like this apartment).
