Condos at Naftali's 210 West 77th Are Already On the Market

New, 6 comments

The Naftali Group's new Upper West Side condo building on West 77th Street is so new that the parking garage it will be replacing isn't even gone yet, but four units in the not-even-under-construction building have hit the market. The early bird gets the buyers, yeah? The listings, ranging in price from $4.9 million to $12 million, bring a batch of new renderings and floorplans, providing the most comprehensive look of the building yet (though still no full exterior shot). Thomas Juul-Hansen, the most popular Dane in the city right now, is designing the building, which will rise 18 stories and hold 25 units.

The smallest of the newly listed units is a half-floor 3BR/3.5BA that measures 2,058 square feet, while the largest is a 4,919-square-foot 5BR/5.5BA "townhouse" duplex with a 1,280-square-foot terrace. There's also a $10 million full-floor 4BR and a $7.05 million half-floor unit on the 10th floor.

Building amenities will include a 24-hour doorman, roof terrace, fitness center, party room, and bike storage, and the brokerbabble details the finishes and interiors: "The master bath has Grigio Piove marble walls and floors, cast white glass countertops, radiant heating mats and separate shower and water closet enclosures. The custom chef's kitchen opens into dining space. The kitchen features Miele appliances, Everest Grey quartzite countertops and backsplashes, white lacquer cabinetry, 2 sinks, a separate wine cooler and a vented overhead fan." All units also have Whirlpool washer/dryers and 5" white oak floors.
