Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Brokers have an interesting interpretation of the English language. "Enormous" means "completely normal in size." "Charming" usually means "this place is really small." "Extraordinary" is just a fancy way of saying "just plain ordinary." And in the case of this 99 Bank Street apartment, "penthouse junior one bedroom loft" means... a studio on the top floor of a 7-story building. It is very much not a loft or a penthouse or even a junior one-bedroom since there is really only one room. Whatever you want to call it, it's asking $700,000.
