As Red Hook swings from industrial to residential, Sunset Park is veering that way with commercial real estate. Formerly a massive warehouse along the waterfront near Industry City, now Liberty View Industrial Plaza has been upgraded and renovated to target tech or retail tenants. Bed Bath & Beyond said yes to 100,000 square feet at $30 apiece, and it will lease the building's second floor, where it plans to open four stores: BB&B; Buy Buy Baby; Cost Plus World Market; and Harmon Face Values.
