HFZ's Nominally Affordable Condos Will Look Like This

New, 3 comments

The Daily News has some shots of the model unit for 301 West 53rd Street, where Ziel Feldman's HFZ Capital is converting a 264-unit rental building into a 252-unit condo building, with units "affordably" priced from $1.1 million for a one-bedroom to $3.25 million for a three-bedroom. (In other words, it's pretty much the cheapest new construction in the area.) The apartment looks pretty standard, if on the small side, and the building is also slated to include several luxury-esque amenities.
