How Much for the Tiniest Studio in the World, Er, Murray Hill?

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

In the extensive realm of tiny homes, few are as minuscule as this Murray Hill co-op. The 10-foot ceilings allow for a li'l sleeping loft, under which lie two decently sized closets. (That chair between them looks pretty sad, though.) Three windows face north, and apparently offer views of the Chrysler Building. Meanwhile, the galley kitchenette only has room for a mini-fridge and a microwave oven. But everyone's just hanging out at Joshua Tree anyway, so there's no need to cook or entertain. So how much is the seller asking?
